This video was captured on someone’s phone, I guess, and then posted to YouTube and blogged about on Twitter. It’s footage of the looting from one of the MAGRO franchise stores (all of which are owned by President Ravalomanana, who has allegedly left the country with his family by plane). From what I can gather, he wants to declare martial law, but I’m not sure exactly what’s happening.
